me senti perfeitamente bem o dia todo, pedi um bife de 6 “e queijo em pão achatado com espinafre e maionese leve e 1 hora depois eu estava vomitando projétil com inchaço severo e diarréia seguido pelos próximos 2 dias. I ate Panera bread at 2 in the afternoon on October 29th. It was the only thing I had eaten that day. I began feeling nauseous around 4/5.
