My wife got the 4 for 4 with spicy chicken nuggets. I got a spicy chicken sandwich combo with two large sides of chili around 11:30 PM on the 5th of January, 2016. Ate small chili. Did not order a drink.. Noticed when stirring one.of the beans looked grayish. Did not.notice any issues with taste. About thirty minutes later, startted cramping.
