I ate Salmon burger on Gluten free bun. argula, tomatoe, onion Thai pepper chilli sauce. Had the fries with honey mustard dressing. 2 cups of water before meal.

Husband ate chilli cheese fries for dinner around 6:30, came home from his night shift early at 3am saying he had been vomiting and severe diarrhea and has been throwing up every 10 or so min since getting home. Went to Wendy’s Drive thru, ordered the spicy Caesar salad and a small chilli and a medium Diet Coke. Ate half the salad with the chicken, ate most of the chilli, drank all of the Diet Coke.
