We had dinner as a family last night 6pm seating and our 8year old had spaghetti and meatball w a side of fries and we shared chicken tenders and this morning at 3am he started having a stomach ache followed by nausea vomiting and now diarrhea. Husband and I both made spaghetti purchased with Costco meat for dinner. Around 12 a.m. both of us had diarrhea, I had explosive vomiting and persistent nausea a lot with chill, fever etc. We eliminated the cheese we used as we just used the same package earlier in the week multiple times.  | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Febre, Vomitando
