Grayson KY McDonalds Sunday Aug 13.  Ordered the quarter pounder and fries.  Only hour later was vomiting and had diarrhea. Quarter pounder and fries. Very hot day and the food was already prepared and ready to go.  Went thru the drive through.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Hello, yesterday my friend and I had two big tasty extra sauces, and immediately we found that the lemonade tasted weird and was gas-free, and the same evening I had a feeling of malaise and then nausea and vomiting. Please be more vigilant about this.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Saturday around lunch time I had a McChicken sandwich. All tasted fine and I felt fine until around 4 hours later. I started to feel nauseous and get diarrhea. I was then violently sick all through the night.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Food tasted good but unfortunately my toddlers and I have suddenly starting feels ill with a soar throat and sudden diarrhea.I just want to add that this was the first time we have bought food out in a month. I hope this doesn’t happen to others.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
