I ordered a bacon quarter pounder with cheese meal. 15/20 minutes after consumption I started getting nauseous and had cramps followed by diarrhea.
I’m positive it was the burger. Not sure if it was the bacon in it or what.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps

We ate at McDonald's in Karlsruhe. 5 siblings of mine now have food poisoning due to eating there.

We ordered a chicken and a menu for you by balloon wings 2 2 and something and wings 6 7 in the afternoon vomiting started diarrhea stomach aches and a day later I'm still more or less the same  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
