Good evening, Sunday 23 at noon, I had lunch at the McDonalds in Gruchet le Valasse, and a few hours later (16:00) I had to go back to my shift and I started to have nausea, and on returning home the same evening I had vomiting until today, Tuesday, October 25, 2022.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

10 minutes after taking Big Mac - 2 people at the same time were ill with vomiting (1 adult and a 7-year-old child). After calling the staff, they denied any intoxication, 2 people having eaten a big mac each  | Symptoms: Vomiting
