Had an Arby's classic roast beef sandwich around 7 pm. Began vomitting around 10pm bad headache and chills. Diarrhea began later in the night and had on and off the next day along with continued headache. Missed one day of work.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Chills

Had a beef n cheddar and loaded curly fries. Was delicious, until about 2 hours later when I was in immense stomach pain and haven't slept because of it  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I had one slider and a small jalepeno bite. I picked up for my hour and a half drive home from work. Within half hour of finishing I thought I was going to crap my p@**s and or throw up in my car. I couldn't get home fast enough.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
