Had a Number 1 around 12:30. Got back to work, at 2:45 I started to feel my head hurt/ stomach pains. Felt like if I took a full breath I’d throw up. Left work early. Home at 3:30. Stepped out of truck and puked all the food up. Stomach pains, head ache and a slight fever/ chills.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills
