I ate dinner there at around 5:00 pm. I had a chicken burger, some fries, and a milkshake. There was a small piece of hair in my chicken burger but I didn't think of it much. I just took it out and continued eating.

On Sunday, Febuary 4. I purchased a Double western bacon combo. Later on that day i felt a stomachache along with vomiting and diarrhoea. I threw up what was the Double western burger.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

January 23rd as soon as i ate the chicken sandwich it felt like knifes were poking my stomach all over the place. I went back to work applying a hardwood floor and I could hardly get up and down, started puking half an hour after eating. Was puking and having diarrhea for 2 days straight non stop.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
