I got a number 2 combo at Carl's Jr. around 11:10 am in the drive thru. I got home and ate my meal. I felt a little sluggish so I went to sleep and woke up 30 mins later with nausea. Then I started to vomit  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
