I had door dash deliver me a bowl of super greens, brown rice, grilled chicken and toppings at around 11am on Friday 12/07/24 and by 11pm I was shivering and feeling hot and then proceeded to have diarrhea (approx 8 trips to the bathroom between 11pm and 9am the next day).  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
