I had 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, and later in the afternoon I've been running to the bathroom with burning diarrhea 7 times in a span of 3 hours. My wife only had fries and is fine. [Edit] Started vomitting a couple hours later several times. Still have diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

BF and I ate Chick-fil-A for dinner on 12/26/23. I had chicken strips and fries, he had a sandwich and fries. We both woke up on 12/27/23 feeling sick. He threw up multiple times, we both had diarrhea, body aches, headache, and a fever. Feeling mostly better on 12/28/23.

Ate grilled chicken nuggets, fries, and a fountain drink around 3pm. Got super nauseous and hot around 7pm and was throwing up by 11pm. Got up to throw up every hour until 7am and now have chills, fever, and body aches. Little sister has the same symptoms.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Body Ache
