Aug. 5th I got a chicken wrap with lettuce on it and that night I was SO sick. I had horrible diarrhea, vomiting, and so badly dehydrated that I passed out.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration

Chicken nuggets and they for some reason were grilled The only thing I ate today and it was about 4:00 today and started running fever around 9:30 and stomach hurting and it just started all at once and pretty quick like!!! I was eating my nuggets and about 20 or so minutes later I was feeling nauseous, heart burn feeling and then the vomiting began. This happened for 3 hours. The next day I read an article about a supplier mishap with the nuggets and patty.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Heartburn

Almost immediately after leaving I had a low rumbling in my stomach. I'm currently on hour 2 of sitting on the toilet deleting nauseous, puking, and taking many many dumps on the toilet.
