Felt nauseous a few hours later, Just me. Gurgley stomach within an hour or two, nausea started within about 5 hours, vomiting about 9 or 10 hours after eating, feeling of weakness no energy no appetite lots of nausea  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Weakness, Nausea, Loss of Appetite

I ate chicken club and waffle fries I was very sick, nausea I was rushed to hospital on May 7, I was the only one that ate there and got sick. I very sick. Symptoms started about 15 or 20 minutes after I ate.  | Symptoms: Nausea

My Last meal was at Chick-fil-A, Symptoms started about 4 hours after consuming chicken strips. Started as vomiting and extreme headache. It has now been going on for about 3 days but is only the other end now.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Headache

Ate at chick-fil-a, 1 person got sick. Ate a chicken sandwich and fries at 6:30pm on 5/4/19. Felt queasy after a few hours, and then began vomiting/diarrhea 5 hours after eating. Vomited 7 times since last night.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea
