I purchased a medium sweet tea and this morning I woke up with the worst stomach pain and nausea that brought me to tears. I was in pain for 2 hours and then diarrhea set in. It’s been over 7 hours since the initial symptoms started and I am still nauseous and unable to eat.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps

Ate broccoli and cheese soup and a 4 cheese melt with turkey added. while still at the restaurant had to run to the restroom. then at home, probably 6 hours later, the vomiting and severe diarrhea started. been vomiting for 2 hours straight.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
