Had a grilled chicken sandwich and small waffle fry for lunch, at work about an hour later I experienced gastrointestinal distress / nausea. Just after that it evolved into watery diarrhea and from there vomiting. Went home early from work and continued vomiting and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas

I got the Chicken Nuggets with French Fries and Dr Pepper at 4PM. 2 hrs after I ate I started to have painful stomach cramps and then another 15 minutes I ran to the bathroom and then I had explosive diarrhea. Stayed in the bathroom until I had to go again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain

Ate a spicy chicken sandwich, and I am deathly sick. I never had a issue with them until I ate at this location this morning. Within 15-20 minutes I was vomiting and have a horrible diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
