I had chick fil a chicken sandwich and waffle fries around noon. At 5:15 I started throwing up at work, my husband came at got me & brought me home. I threw up 6 more times until around 9:30pm.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I went to chick fil a in Thousand Oaks. 12/26/17. Ordered a spicy chicken delux.... and frys. And med sprite. Went home and fell asleep. 40 min later was throwing up and constant diarrhea. I feel sick to my stomach  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
