I ate lunch around 1130 at this location on June 16th, 2017. I left to go on a flight to Guadalajara Mexico and became ill enroute. Diarrhea First, and then vomiting. Had to go to a clinic. Still recovering.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate at the mall. Wife and I got sick within 30 minutes. Bloating and indigestion to begin, followed by nausea cramping fever and malaise within 4 hours. Fever of 101.
