Ate a chicken sandwich from Chik-fil-A, Sams Circle in Chesapeake VA. Also ate 12 piece Chicken Nuggets with the Chik-fil-A Sauce. Experience stomach ache 4-5 hours later and diarrhea that evening. Then diarrhea continued the next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Ordered the Cobb salad with the lime dressing ... ate at around 12:10pm MST ... was very sick by 2:30ish ... threw up salad twice at the office ... drove home and then threw up around 15 times and non-stop diarrhea for around 35 minutes ... eventually… See more

My mom and I both had some of the chicken nuggets and chicken sandwich with some fries too and she's thrown up and I keep having diarrhea and throwing up. We had none of this before this happened.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
