I went to the restaurant to eat a chicken sandwich with my duty officer and I started feeling symptoms 30 minutes later. My boss was also feeling a little sick as well. I had to end up going to the ER to help my situation  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

22 hours ago I got severely bloated and diarrhea after ordered chicken sandwich, fries and shake (probably too much after not having eaten all day too) Today I’ve felt dehydrated. Very strange, not very common for me although I have been eating cleaner lately.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Dehydration
