Ordered the soft tacos and a side of beans and rice. Within 2 hours I had severe, painful nausea and never-ending diarrhea. Went to medical emergency room at hospital. Diagnosed with traces of E. coli.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

We ate at the Chipotle in the Philadelphia airport terminal F on July 10th. My fiancé and I were ill for the following week before going to the doctors to get antibiotics.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
