Dinner on Tuesday, March 19 - ordered a veggie burrito with plant-based meat and chips and salsa. The brown rice and veggie meat looked like they had been sitting out for awhile - perhaps should have been a warning sign. Still recovering 2 days later.

Had for dinner 7:45 pm, woke up in the middle of the night 2:00am with intense abdominal cramping and pain, had diarrhea a couple hours after that. Cramping and pain lasted through out the day, associated with general malaise and fatigue now almost 24 hours after consumption.
