I went to Chipotle for lunch two days in a row (July 10th and 11th). BIG MISTAKE. The first day I got a burrito bowl with rice, steak, cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo. The next day I got a salad with steak and cheese and pico de gallo. I do not know if going two days in a row made things worse, but I began experiencing some loose stools on July 11th in the early afternoon. My stomach had some mild cramps, which I attributed to just my normal IBS issues. I got to dinner and ate with my friend, but immediately following eating, my stomach could not handle it. I proceeded to have severe cramps for the next 12 hours and varied between diarrhea and vomiting until my stomach was completely empty. My stomach could not even handle liquids (drinking water prompted another bout of vomiting). At night I had a fever and barely slept (could not sleep through the stomach pain). Now it is July 12th, and I still feel mild cramps. I have begun to be able to take in some liquids (water and Gatorade), but I am afraid to try solid foods until it has been a full 24 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
