Ate Baja shrimp salad for lunch on Tuesday March 27. Upset stomach late the evening of the 27th, turned into vomiting, continued into morning of the 28th. Fever and nauseous for most of the 28th. Felt better on the 29th, consumed a different Chopt salad (Chicken Tinga)… See more

Ordered the Chicken Tinga salad at 630pm. At 10 wife experienced diarrhea and vomiting. At midnight, I experienced the same. Symptoms lasted over 12 hours.
We suspect poorly washed greens.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a Santa Fe salad and so did a friend of mine. We ate around 6pm. I began to feel nauseous around 8pm and i was driving home around 10pm and had to pull over to vomit. Nearing 11 pm i started to get a mild fever.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
