Had a good helping of spinach and blue berries for lunch. nausea started within 30 minutes. Followed by lots of vomiting of blue berries and spinach chunks, until there was nothing left to come up. Then diaheria followed, for hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Had nothing but the chicken salad from Costco I purchased today prepared June 24th best before June 28th.
