Ate a polish dog for lunch on 6/4/17 and felt queasy until the evening. I threw up from 8:00am until 3:30am and couldn't keep any fluids down. I had chilling and stomach cramps. It is now 24 hrs since I stopped throwing up and I can keep fluids down but haven't felt up to eating anything.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I bought 2 hotdogs for my children on 6/2 Friday around 3pm from Costco, La Habra location, Orange county. My son started vomiting, diarrhea and little fever and sick for 2 days. My daughter started vomiting last night. I feel so sorry for them.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Organics Best of Torrance Ca. large, 9"-10" diameterfrozen spinach pizza 3 pack, code on the box "080117, 13:20, Best by 03/21/2018". This was Sat June 3rd., 20178....12 hours of hell. Totally fine next morning. This was from a new box. Thru out the rest. Will not buy again.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea

Ate quinoa salad at 445pm and started feeling sick around 6pm. Started feeling very nauseous and then full blown vomiting for about 2 hours then it was diarrhea and vomiting at the same time for about an hour. It was constant vomiting my stomach would never settle… See more

Had a costco food court dog for dinner around 4 pm. 10 pm rolls around and I got loose bowel movements, burps that can rival a champ, and extreme nausea. Haven't vomited yet and I just took a Pepcid at 2:30 am; I'm just waiting for the worst to pass now. :(  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Burping
