This morning around 7 I went thru the drive thru and ordered a single queso chicken roller and I went from having constipation to having explosive diarrhea... And stomach pain... And sweats  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Constipation, Stomach Pain, Sweating

Epic carne asada burrito. Felt painfully full for more than 10 hours, with the need to vomit. Couldn't vomit. Slept horribly. Woke up in pain. Finally vomited. Now I feel I might need to go to the hospital  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I’m used to getting the chicken soft tacos from here but after getting sick from eating the tacos today I am very upset because I have been throwing and have also been feeling very light headed.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
