I work near this in-n-out burger and I’ve never had an issue until the last 3 months I’ve gotten a burger there. Immediately had to use the bathroom after eating a burger for lunch. I thought the first time was a one off thing but it’s happened x3 now 😭  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
