My 4 year old son and I ate grilled chicken tacos from the value menu on Thursday March 29th, at about 3pm. Within a few hours my son began to vomit all through the night. The next day he began to have a fever and was still vomiting. By day three he began to have diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting

I ordered a Queso Burrito from the Del Taco on North Academy around 12:00 on Wednesday 3/7. At about 7pm I started to feel very nauseous and had a headache. My daughter had 2 chicken soft tacos and was crying from abodominal pain and headache. She had a fever and I gave her Tylenol. She slept a couple hours and shot up and missed our bathroom and projectile vomited in our hallway. She continued to cry about the pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Ordered bean and cheese burritos for myself and my band. Everyone got sick at the same time with the same symptoms. consumed the burrito saturday at 5pm was sick sunday at midnight.
