Yesterday for lunch me and my office manager got dominoes pizza. We ordered sausage thin crust and an order of pepperoni cheese bread. We were both wretching all night over the toilet. I had diarrhea all night long horrible stomach pains. He had awful stomach pains and was throwing up.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Vomiting

Had a BBQ pizza from this Dominos at 2130 on the 23rd of April, and was violently ill at 0130 on the 24th of April. Someone else also had a slice of my pizza and this was enough to make them throw up too, so you can imagine how ill I was having had 7 slices.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
