I ordered a chili relleno burrito on 9/27/22 and today 10/4/22 I have yet to recover. Diarrhea has been subsided and the mild fever has reduced. But the stomach pain continues. I talked to a friend that suggested I report them because they too have gotten ill from this establishment.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Stomach Pain

the ranchero burrito. Pretty much the same thing happened. Ate dinner, went to bed, woke up in the middle of the night nauseous and throwing up bile. high school (I’m 35 years old now) and never once got sick from eating here. My partner and I ordered the beef taco/ enchilada plate and the chicken tacos plate with the green and red hot sauce and a side of sour cream.

I’m not sure where the poisoning came from but it gave us both the sh*s all night and it’s gross to say but I know it was contaminated because we were both p**ping flora from our guts! I’m so sad cause I’ve always loved eating at Filly B’s my whole life but now I probably won’t ever eat here again cause of the brown shoot out that took place last night and today. I also needed to reach out and let you know because whatever that Flagstaff location is doing probably needs to be health inspected. Anyways, Thanks for the good run !!
