Thurs July 14 2016 - Bought a Wolfgang Puck chicken salad along with Tuna salad from Gelson's personal deli. Symptoms began 4/5 hours after consuming, lasted for an entire night. All I had to eat this day so I know the food poisoning was due to one of these two items  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
