On three consecutive days, I developed abdominal cramping and diarrhea within an hour of eating Lucky Charms for breakfast. On the preceding mornings and subsequent mornings when I ate something other than Lucky Charms, I did not have any untoward effects.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

January 2022, Lucky charms cereal  Also caused gas, fever and sulfur burps. Had terrible stomach cramping, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and something I can only describe as sulfur burps for days on two separate occasions from eating lucky charms  | Symptoms: Fever, Gas, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Burping
