Arrived 6-8-19 party of 6 departed 6-15-19. 2 of the 6 started having chills and nausea on about the 4th day after arriving. Since home they have now diarrhea, vomiting, fever and feeling worse. My husband and I both suffered from sever diarrhea that lasted for days. Upon my return home I had to see my dr because I couldn't keep food down. I was given Medicine due to this issue.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

This happened. But in January,2017. Was hospitalized for three days. Gastric bleeding, severe anemia. Original symptoms included hives, chills, vomiting, diarrhea., Of two, only one got sick. Third day of our stay. Spent next three days in the hospital.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Gas, Chills
