in late February 2019 On my 4 day stay I became very sick with stomach pains and extreme diarrhea and vomiting. I could not leave my hotel room for two days and stayed in bed. Symptoms remained off and on for 2 weeks upon my return., Day four of my stay  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea

Went on vacation to Hard Rock Punta Cana. May 23-30 2019 with 8 family members. 5 of 8 got very sick, 5 ppl. The symptoms started the day before and day of departure. My 1 year old son fell ill as well  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea

Stayed at hard rock in Punta Cana, I arrived on 5/16/19 and by 5pm on 5/17 I had the worst stomach and sweating them started with massive diarrhea and vomiting which lasted until I left on Sunday. Only ate food at various resort restaurants  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea, Sweating

Stayed 3/30-4/6/19 with a large group of seniors and parents from a Michigan high school. 3rd morning woke up with Diarrhea, fever, sweats and nausea. Spent day in room in bed. Diarrhea still not all the way better 2+ months on. Seeing a doctor tomorrow. Would never go back to this hotel.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Sweating
