We had grilled cheese and cheese burger with fries and sodas both were sick for a good 32 hours vomited about 7 times and wasn't able to keep down liquids  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate a protein style, no cheese, Double Double and fries Thursday 7/20 around 5pm. Boyfriend and I have had stomach cramps, upset/growling stomachs, diarrhea, headache and malaise/fatigue ever since.
