I ordered a trilogy box meal from here. My stomach reacted badly to this a couple hours later as i had really bad stomach ache and had to use the toilet. The trilogy box meal contains a zinger burger, popcorn chicken, chips, corn and 1 chicken strip.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ordered lunch after eating 2pc my stomach reacted in few hours I had diarrhea and I was feeling dizzy. Also I started vomiting and i could feel myself soo weak. It continued for a week like that it got stopped when I took medications from my doctor.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Other, Weakness

I woke up at 430am having to use the bathroom, while on the toilet I was also throwing up in my tag can, I had cinched about 9-10 hours earlier. I had their crispy chicken sandwich with pickles, mashed potatoes and gravy, and Nashville hot tenders

The chicken was poorly cooked inside I had felt it but I thought it's not serious I finished the meal 3 hours after I had horrible cramps unbearable I had to go to the toilet 3 times it did not pass I had diarrhea and nausea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
