Possible Had chicken fillet meal with a gravy at 6pm at 9 started with stomach cramps at 12 diarrhoea and then vomiting at 2am. Not vomited or had diarrhoea since and cramps have settled  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
