I was actually hungry for once so i ordered a Zinger tower burger to the looks of it all seemed okay it wasn’t until after i consumed this food i started to feel bloated and sick, This was at around 11/12pm on 17/6/23 The next morning around 6/7am it was like a massive flush of heat hits me and uncontrollably vomiting and having diarrhoea all at the same time for 16 hours, Heaving and having constant stomach cramps, with being unable to leave the house or keep any fluids down. My lad had his pizza at 11.15... by 1 started with stomach cramps and feeling sick... By 2.30 throwing up in town and by 3.30 pm home constant sickness and cramps. Only thing he's eaten. Chicken and sweetcorn pizza he's 13 for god sake !!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
