I had green stool, nausea and terrible diarrhea and cramping for multiple days after eating lucky charms. Once I stopped eating the cereal it went back to normal. I still have the box, UPC code 1600016967  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Green Stool, Cramps

May 4th, 5th and 6th 2022, My husband and my son both ate Lucky Charms cereal and spent the next 3 days vomiting, horrible abdominal cramps and diarrhea. My 2 dogs ate a small amount as well. I had to take one of my dogs to the vet due to vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

May 2, 2022, I feel my son had food poisoning from lucky charms cereal. He become horribly I’ll after eating it. I placed my complaint on the General Mills site too. I love lucky charms. At least 3 times a week I would have a bowl. After a while I started to notice a pattern of a horrible stomach ache with some nausea and diarrhea that day and into the next morning. It also makes my number twos blue in color.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
