I believe my issue is less about food poisoning but I Beleive there is an ingredient in them that causes a reaction in some. I eat lucky charms and 4-6 hour later I start getting gross burps that stink really bad like sulfur then the worst guts… See more

I ate Lucky Charms for breakfast this morning, for the first time in at least a year. In the afternoon, I began to experience gastrointestinal discomfort with a lot of gas.
