July 11th 2022, Lucky Charms cereal I've been sick for 5 days with nausea and severe stomach pain. Doctor confirmed food poisoning. I reached out to the cereal company and they said they are under investigation and mailed me reimbursement coupons. Update: On day 6 I am finally feeling better.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea

I had breakfast on 9/1/21 of this lucky charms cereal not even hours later I was in the er with severe stomach pain and bloody diarrhea and nausea I hadn't eaten anything else that day and days to come and never touched that cereal again ! And… See more

Myself and 2 children in the household have been eating Lucky Charms for the past 2 days and last night, I woke up at 2:30 am with nausea and vomiting every 30 minutes and am now having severe cramping with diarrhea.
