I ordered a mcChicken sandwich meal at the end of June , the symptoms started during the night and I was sick for a week , couldn’t eat during the time or sleep properly  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

The only thing I purchased was a coffee with milk, 2 splendas, and hazelnut flavor. It was the only thing in my system that day. I knew it didn't taste right...I just thought a batch of the bottom of the pot! I became very sick with very bad cramps, vomiting. and diarrhea ....horrible experience.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

bigmac. It tasted off but by the time I could tell something was wrong I had already ate a few bites., I’m not sure who else was sick. I just know that I was in horrendous amounts of pain an hour after I ate.   | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea
