I only ate ONE item...vanilla ice-cream with hot fudge sundae. Within an hour and a half, I was bent over double with gas and diarrhea and now, 6 hours later, my stomach is still cramping. I KNOW it was this sundae because that was the ONLY thing I had eaten all day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas

Onset: Right away
Duration: Less than 4 hours
Sick: 3 people
Additional information: I ate McSmart's menu. 10 minutes later I became very nauseous and had to vomit and had diarrhea

I was puking up everything in my stomach at work then when I got home I puked and was dry heaving with a lot of stomach pain for about the next 10 hours ouldnt keep anything down  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
