Had 20 Chicken nuggets and a double cheeseburger from McDonald’s Ayelsford UK and within an hour diarrhoea hit me and also stomach cramps. Was fine before I ate the food. Won’t be returning any time soon.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

About 20 minutes after eating my filet o fish sandwich I had sharp stomach cramps that made me double over. Had some bathroom visits throughout the night. This is the day after and I’ve had awful diarrhea for 12 hours. Finally decided to take Imodium.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
