We just got back after eating McDonald's my 7-year-old son had a happy meal with croque and nuggets. Barely 2 hours later, the poor man can't stop vomiting and complains of severe stomach cramps... No more shitty “restaurants”  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
