I ordered the Big Mac meal at 1 Jan 2024 and i feel sick the next day. I vomited like 12 times that night, even vomited on the way to the hospital. I had to pay for the hospital bill and all😔  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Got a chocolate milkshake, took a drink from it and it tasted like a weird fruity chemical taste. Immediately felt sick and started spitting up a moderate amount of blood, before heading to A&E with a raw throat and stomach cramps.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps
