I ordered a McDonalds with my mum and soon after eating I fell very ill, I had nothing else to eat that day. Ate a double qtr pounder, just the burger. It was the only food I had that day and It tasted funny, only finished half. I got violently sick, puking and runs and it's been 4 days now, still puking in mornings and haven't eaten any hard food since that.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
