After consuming 2 Big Macs last night I was sick all night with nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.
This morning I am still not in top shape.
My wife, who ate a signature barbecue, felt the same symptoms this morning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
